The Rod of the Zenith is not your ordinary fishing rod; it’s built for serious players who chase rare and high-value catches.
To unlock it, you’ll need to reach the third layer of Mariana’s Veil, known as the Abyssal Zenith.
Getting there requires submarine upgrades and a hefty 10M C$ payment.
Step 1: Unlock Mariana’s Veil
- Reach Fishing Level 50 (grind Moosewood/Volcanic Vents, ~20–30 hours).
- Buy Submarine (5M C$) from the Inn Keeper in the main hub.
- Upgrade Submarine at Upgrade Station (elevator from hub).
- Use Glow Worms bait for faster EXP.
Step 2: Upgrade Your Submarine for Abyssal Zenith
- Get Heat Upgrade: Fish Lava Crystals, Inferno Hide, Magma Eel in Volcanic Vents.
- Get Ice Upgrade: Fish Ice Crystals, Glacial Cod in Snow Village.
- Get Deep Upgrade: Combine Heat + Ice, add Abyssal Ore (Challenger’s Deep), Zenith Shard (Leviathan drop).
- Total cost: ~3M–5M C$.
Step 3: Navigate to Abyssal Zenith
- Enter Submarine (hub elevator), select Mariana’s Veil.
- Pass Volcanic Vents and Challenger’s Deep, dodging obstacles.
