You can get the Tranquil Mutation on crops during the Zen Aura Event.
This is a special weather event that appears randomly and gives a high chance of applying this mutation to fruits in your garden.
The Legendary Tanchozuru Pet also helps. Its passive ability gives a 5.23% chance every 10.22 minutes for a fruit within its range to gain this mutation.
You can also use the Pet Shard Tranquil Gear.
Applying this shard to any pet allows it to mutate crops into Tranquil every 25 minutes.
When a crop gets the this mutation, its value is multiplied by 20x.
For example, if a Maple Apple Crop normally sells for 77,777 Sheckles, with this mutation, its value becomes 1,555,540 Sheckles.
