Who Is The Founder Of Coordinates?

Coordinates Company was founded by husband and wife duo Aaron Ross and Sanya Richards-Ross.

Aaron is a professional American football player who earned a scholarship to the University of Texas, where he began playing football. During his time there, he met his wife, Sanya, and also won a national championship with his college friend, Vince Young.

Sanya is a professional athlete and a four-time Olympic gold medalist. She is also the founder of the MommiNation Foundation.

How Was The Shark Tank Pitch Of Coordinates?

After appearing on Shark Tank, Aaron and Sanya demonstrated their clothing line products with their family and shared their athletic journey with the Sharks.

Sanya revealed that as an American track and field athlete, she won a gold medal at the 2012 Summer Olympics by completing the 400-meter race in 48.7 seconds. Aaron shared that their Christmas collection generated $25,000 in sales within one month, and their second collection, USA Sets, reached $55,000 in sales within three months.

The manufacturing cost of each Christmas Black Santa Long Sleeve Top and Jogger Pant Set is $27, and it is sold online for $89. Additionally, they secured a licensing partnership with Team USA until 2028.

Kevin O’Leary said the industry wasn’t the right fit for him, so he was out. Mark Cuban mentioned he wasn’t into the clothing business, so he also opted out. Lori Greiner admitted she lacked knowledge in the clothing industry and decided not to invest.

Robert Herjavec showed interest, mentioning his past investment in Tipsy Elves, a company selling fun and ugly pajamas, which now earns millions in annual sales. He offered $100,000 for 25% equity, but with the condition that the brand name must be changed.

Sanya countered with $100,000 for 20% equity. At this point, Daymond John said he was willing to agree to this offer. However, Sanya preferred to partner with Robert, and in the end, Robert accepted the deal at 20% equity.

After the episode aired in December 2024, the company’s official website received over 10,000 visits that month. This surge in traffic likely resulted in thousands of sales.

Apart from their clothing brand, the family has also started another business called DHS (Deuceys Headphone Shop), which primarily sells customized Bluetooth headphones for kids.

On February 23, 2025, Aaron posted a photo on his official Instagram handle @rossboy31, celebrating 15 years of marriage with Sanya. In the post, he also revealed that they are expecting their third baby.

What Is Coordinates Net Worth?

Considering the company’s lifetime sales and its presence in the seasonal clothing market, Coordinates’ estimated net worth could be between $0.6 million to $1 million. However, this is purely speculative, as the company’s actual sales figures for 2024 have not been disclosed yet.
