Who Is The Founder Of MyoStorm?

Jonothan DiPeri is the founder of ‘MyoStorm’ company and Logan Carlson is the executive in this company. Jonothan created the company MyoStorm LLC’ in 2018 after studying at Brigham Young University.

At the present time, he is the owner of three more companies Solely Jane, SíPo Studios, and REP Labs.

How Was The Shark Tank Pitch Of MyoStorm?

Jonothan enters Shark Tank with Shaquille Walker and Jared Ward and after explaining their product to the sharks, asks for $150k for 10% equity. When sharks used this massage ball on their body, they felt very good and relaxed.

The landed cost of the product is $40 and its selling cost is $160 which is very expensive. So far they have sold 900 units. Their total sales including Kickstarter is $120,000.

The reason for the total selling of the product is very less, Lori said that the product is expensive. If the cost of the product is within $100 then it can sell well.

Mark Cuban wasted no time and offered $250k for 20% equity. Matt Higgins asked Mark for a partner but Mark refused.

Mark dropped out because the founder expressed a desire to hear proposals from other sharks. Kevin O’Leary offered $150k for a 5% equity + a royalty of $1 per ball sold until $500k is recouped.

Matt Higgins made an offer of $150k for 10% equity. Lori Greiner said she will match Kevin’s offer. Jonothan and their team accepted Lori’s offer.

Finalized: Lori Greiner invests $150k in ‘MyoStorm’ for 5% equity + a royalty of $1 per ball sold until $500k is recouped.
